We are looking for a passionate Sr Technical PM to join our R&D
department. As a lead PMO, you will build and maintain a R&D projects structure,
including managing and collect all required data. Experience in Security projects is a huge plus.

Responsibilities and Duties:
 Make sure all stakeholders are aligned to the workplan.
 Day-to-day contact with Projects Managers, R&D, NPI and Product teams.
 Assure all projects are prioritized.
 Track project is staying within the planned time and budget.
 Support the R&D routines: such, as periodical meetings, budget mgt, etc.
 Close work with R&D functions & project managers
 Continuously evaluate projects to ensure they are meeting company standards,
adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
 Overall project risk management: identify risks, raise flags and drive required
decisions to mitigate them
 Facilitate decision-making processes required for the program's progress
 Build the needed infrastructure and processes for tracking and control
 Build, maintain and communicate project dashboard and issue a quarterly update
Preferred qualification:
 Bachelor’s degree in electronic/Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
 At-least 3-year experience working with MS Project.
 At least 5-year proven experience as a PMO or equivalent.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Excellent teamwork skills.
